- ID or prescription fails verification

- Order is cancelled before doctor approval
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Used, opened, or tampered products
- Wrong purchases by customer
- Allergic reactions (always consult a doctor)
- Product dissatisfaction after use
